Jeep and canter safari permits issued by the Forest Department are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. Please verify your date, shift and visitor details before paying.
If you do not arrive at the gate before the scheduled time, the booking is treated as used and no refund is due.
Hotel and tour-package cancellations are governed by the terms of the specific hotel or package and the lead time before travel. We will share the applicable terms at the time of booking.
Date or shift changes are subject to availability and Forest Department rules, and cannot be guaranteed.
Where a refund is applicable (for example, a service we are unable to provide), it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
